As a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager, you will manage a significant retail sales volume, while leading, directing and motivating a large team of store Associates.
Executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, store presentation, customer service, sales and operating profit, payroll and expense management, inventory control and the retention and supervision of all Associates.
Each Kohl's store is managed by four executives, one Store Manager and three Assistant Store Managers. All four managers have total store accountability and work together for total store performance.
