Kohl's Department Stores are conveniently located in suburban areas and always feature easy access and ample parking. Averaging 86,500 square feet, our stores are designed to ensure a convenient, friendly and exciting shopping experience for our customers.
We've also initiated a small-store layout of 68,000 square feet to serve areas of 100,000 or less in population. This concept will help expand our great shopping experience to many more customers and communities across the country.
We went coast-to-coast in 2003 with 85 grand openings including new locations in southern California. By the end of 2010, we'll have opened approximately 1200 stores and entered five new markets. Our rapid growth means there are always exciting retail career opportunities available.
